My health coaching services are designed to provide both education and conversation surrounding your personal wellness journey, and I serve as a guide and coach through your transition into a more balanced, healthy version of yourself.

Think of your health coach as a personal trainer for your well-being. We will work together as a team to identify your personal goals and create a custom designed roadmap to your success.

The program’s goals are safe and achievable and even the smallest of changes can have a significant and positive impact on your health. I will help you reach your goals by making gradual, healthy, and reasonable changes in your eating habits, stress management, and physical activity.

6 Week Program - $597

Your customized 6-Week Program Includes:

  • Weekly 1 Hour Sessions with Diane (either in-person or via phone/skype)
  • Unlimited email support between sessions
  • Articles, worksheets & exercises that will increase your knowledge about nutrition, stress management, and healthy habits
  • A binder filled with education materials, resources, and notes (ex: grocery shopping lists, meal planning sheets, food diary, etc.)

3 Month Program - $1,097

Your customized 6-Month Program Includes everything in the 6-Week Program, plus:

  • 12 weeks of meal plans
  • 12 weeks of support and accountability

1 Hour Intensive Coaching - $67

During this coaching call, we will dive into one specific area you are struggling with.
