Hi, I'm Diane Falcone and it's my goal to help you lose that unwanted extra weight and improve your health and the health of your family by teaching you how you can use whole foods with a more plant-based approach to meal planning and prep.
Here's who I am.
I am a Healthy Eating and Living Coach dedicated to helping my clients improve their health using healthy whole, unprocessed foods.
Food has always been a passion of mine. I love to eat all different kinds of food. I always knew that what I ate directly related to how I felt. I was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2014 and decided after that scare that I needed to clean up my own eating habits. I have also been diagnosed with osteoarthritis and have been on my own journey to reduce and manage the pain through healthy eating and the healing power of food. To this date I have lost 50 lbs and reduced my cholesterol and triglycerides by 50+ points.
On the personal side,
I am a wife and mom.
I have a son who lives and works in Dubai and 2 fur-babies, Bailee and Barklee
My passions include:
- reading and learning new things
- major league baseball
- travel…. I have traveled to 45 of our 50 states.

I have always had a passion for health and wellness. I worked in the technology field for years but never felt it was the right thing for me.
After I had my cancer scare I decided I wanted to help others learn about healthy eating and living. I graduated from IIN as a Holistic Nutrition Health Coach and my mission is to teach others how to eat to maintain good health.
